We run Nike Sports Camps in the UK, offering residential sport camps experiences to young people aged 8-17 from all over the world. What you’ll be doing:

  • Speaking to customers about our Nike Sports Camps, answering queries and helping them make bookings
  • Recording all bookings onto our internal booking system
  • Producing invoices, camp confirmation letters, visa letters and other documentation
  • Supporting marketing team with social media posts, marketing emails, proof reading, writing blog posts
  • Assisting the finance team with reconciling payments
  • Helping with Office Management duties
  • Building on existing relationships with international agencies and helping to develop new partnerships
  • Organising and managing Airport Transfers during July & August including managing temporary staff, planning logistics and attending airports on some transfer days
  • Attend industry events and fairs in UK and abroad with the sales team


What we are looking for:

  • Passionate about sport
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working under pressure
  • Ability to focus meticulously on detailed tasks in a busy environment
  • Quick to learn with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word essential, PowerPoint desirable)
  • Committed to project completion and willing to work long hours and weekends when required (only during June, July and August)
  • Willingness to travel abroad if required
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or client management (desirable)



  • Basic Salary: £24,000 – £28,000pa DOE

  • Based in Central London office in the Kia Oval Cricket Stadium, with some flexibility to work off-site
