This senior role will be accountable for the development and delivery of strategy and partnerships to increase participation in sport and physical activity through effective coordination of, team members, facilities, finances, user data, student engagement and stakeholder engagement. Essential capabilities to be successful include excellent partnership development skills, experience of programme development and evaluation, an understanding of barriers to participation and overcoming them alongside experience of board accountability for performance.
