Padel4all is building a network of state-of-the-art padel centres which provide dedicated venues for the growth of padel in the UK. Our mission is to facilitate participation in an active lifestyle and provide exceptional sporting opportunities to the communities we serve. Padel4all aim to deliver a consistently positive experience at a national level through implementation of a localised approach at each centre. The coaches at our centres will play a significant role in determining this localised approach.

We are looking for an experienced Padel Coach to become the Head Coach and Centre Manager of our new Padel4all centre in Swindon. The spectacular 3-court covered centre will host the first padel courts in Wiltshire and we anticipate huge interest as we bring padel to a new audience.

The head coach will lead and empower support coaches to deliver a progressive and engaging programme which aligns with our mission statement. They will become part of a highly motivated team of people who are passionate about ensuring Padel4all is the benchmark for padel provision in the UK.

Essential Job Functions

  • Design and deliver programmes which attract new players/members, maximise court utilisation and drive participation & revenue. Develop programmes which create community engagement and form strong local partnerships
  • Lead, motivate and empower a small team of support coaches to provide professional high-quality instruction and service. Establish induction processes which helps players extend their activity and integrates them into Padel4all programmes
  • Create and manage a junior academy programme which identifies with a recognised performance pathway and connects with local schools and community groups
  • Maintain first-class facilities and exercise proficiency in IT management systems for court bookings, memberships, equipment sales, invoicing and all commercial aspects including budgets and payroll

Overview of the Venue

Padel4all Basset Down sits on edge of Swindon. Ideally located just a few mins drive from J16 of the M4, the centre is set within the beautiful rural backdrop of Wiltshire’s Chalk Downs and is part of a well-established family run golf complex which also offers a recently developed stunning new clubhouse building; set to become one of the finest hospitality venues in the area.

The brand-new padel centre offers 3 floodlit courts under a specially designed fabric canopy, allowing year-round play. The courts are equipped with the latest in padel technology and with its very own coaches’ cabin, covered reception and viewing areas, the centre itself makes for a fantastic working environment. Our coaching team and members have full access to the adjacent clubhouse facility which includes a members’ locker room with showers and full changing amenities.

Person Specification Essential skills and characteristics

  • Friendly, calm and approachable. Passionate about growing the sport of padel
  • Organised and can communicate effectively with a good level of spoken English
  • Innovative, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptionally high standards of coaching
  • Strong experience in coaching padel, managing programmes and enhancing the skills and successes of your team members
  • Always looking for ways to learn and improve. You want to inspire others and hold expectations that are aligned with the professional standards set by Padel4all


This employed position with fully paid salary and performance bonus offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious padel coach to be involved with an exciting new project in state-of-the-art facilities. Padel4all will provide the training and opportunities for continued development within this role. The company will also provide sponsorship for a visa.
