GLL is looking for NPLQ Trainer Assessors to support the on-going training and development of our lifeguarding workforce at our leisure centres in West Oxfordshire.
As a NPLQ Trainer Assessor, you’ll deliver NPLQ training sessions to our staff in accordance with GLL standards and criteria, liaising with the centre management teams to ensure training sessions are run consistently at prescribed times throughout the month. You’ll record training attendance accurately and conduct competency assessments on lifeguards as required
You’ll need to be a fully qualified AED trainer assessor with NPLQ specialism (9th edition) along with your NPLQ. You’ll also have previous experience of NPLQ training within a leisure environment. Written and verbal communication skills will be vital too, as you build relationships with pupils and centre management teams.
