NCS RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR & PROGRAMME COORDINATOR
Sheffield United Community Foundation is seeking to employ two enthusiastic, charismatic and dedicated individuals to join our successful NCS team. The newly appointed coordinators will be responsible for engaging and recruiting young people from around Sheffield to take part in NCS.

High Level Summary:
Term: Full time – 35 hours – 12 month fixed term
Salary: £18,000 to £21,000 per annum
Start Date: As soon as possible
Closing Date: 22nd October 2021

About the role:
NCS is a government funded programme which aims to bring 15-17-year olds together from different backgrounds, embarking on a journey that builds life skills for work and life whilst taking on new challenges and meeting new people. During programme, the young people get the opportunity to take part in a range of outdoor activities as well as making a difference in their local community.
EFLT (English Football League Trust) are the regional provider who works with a number of delivery partners across Yorkshire and Humber as well as others across the country.
Sheffield United Community Foundation is a delivery partner who works closely with 10 schools/colleges across Sheffield in order to bring NCS to as many young people across the city as possible.
The candidate will be passionate about working with young people and have a desire to develop the skills of those young people. The candidate will have good knowledge of NCS and understanding of youth engagement and experience in either planning youth engagement programmes or recruiting.
We are open to a potential job share or part time arrangements for this role.
