The LTA’s vision is “Tennis Opened Up” and its mission is to make tennis Relevant, Accessible, Welcoming and Enjoyable.  The Major Events and Digital Transformation (ME&DT) Department is responsible for implementing the LTA’s Digital Transformation Programme and delivering International Tennis tournaments that drive visibility of tennis and engage new audiences.

Sitting within the ME&DT department, the Head of Digital Transformation and Programme Management is a senior role responsible for leading a team to deliver the LTA’s Digital Strategy, working with multiple stakeholders within different departments across the LTA and managing the LTA’s Digital Transformation Partner (Deloitte) and other supplier relationships.  The role is also responsible for business planning, monthly reporting and project management.  The Head of Digital Transformation and Programme Management will lead a team of seven people and will work closely with other business functions to enable better utilisation of other business-wide digital products and platforms (Eg. Learning Management System, competitions management system).

This role would suit an accomplished individual who has achieved success in a similar role in a consulting/agency environment who is now looking to develop their experience ’client-side’ and lead on managing and enhancing digital supplier and partner relationships, as well as drive the business planning and programme management processes across an organisation.  It could also suit someone with experience of having successfully led a Digital Transformation programme in-house in another industry who is passionate about sport and is interested in working in a smaller organisation in a fast-paced environment.
