The London Football Association is responsible for governing, safeguarding and developing grassroots football across the capital. We were established in 1882 and have an incredibly rich and proud history. More recently we have been undergoing a period of very exciting transformation and modernisation, with a new Board and CEO in place and a new strategy to take us up to 2024.

Addressing poor behaviour on the pitch and keeping people safe is absolutely essential if we are to achieve this goal and this is much wider than just a London issue.
As a result of the above, an exciting position is currently available to join the London FA team as part of our governance department:

Football Services Administrator (Discipline) – Full Time Contract, salary £18,575 – £21k

The successful candidate will help to support our Investigations & Customer Support Officers, as well as the Head of Governance, with key disciplinary processes. A large part of the role will be to administer all personal hearings, from liaising with the clubs and match officials to confirm their attendance, to booking venues and appointing suitable discipline panel members.

The role is based at our Headquarters in Fulham, however, some travel and evening work will be required in order to attend personal hearings and training opportunities.

The successful candidate will also play a key part in the customer service we deliver as a business. All administrators across the business spend an allocated number of hours per week on our customer service desk, where all incoming calls are dealt with. We are looking for someone who has a friendly, approachable manner, who has a customer centered approach to any task.
