The Role

Berks & Bucks County Football Association is seeking to appoint a highly motivated & experienced sports development professional for the position of Football Participation Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of Development Officers supporting the growth of male & female football participation, whilst working directly with our clubs and leagues to continue their development.

Key Accountabilities

The principle responsibilities of the role will include;

– Lead and manage the BBFA’s Development work around Player Pathways
– Managing the Football Participation Team, and associated budgets
– Provide clear direction and guidance for clubs and leagues
– Support the continued growth of disability football
