Club, County and Membership Communications Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join us to deliver our club, county and membership communication strategies and manage the implementation of our membership programmes, campaigns and events. You will be passionate about engaging people and utilising appropriate channels to drive behaviour.
We are looking for someone who can implement the membership communication strategy and manage the delivery of key messages to our members. This role will deliver effective club and county communication plans, utilising segmentation to appropriate audiences. Promoting membership benefits to both existing and potential England Golf members is a key part of the work and you will support a number of key areas within the business, including communication of the World Handicap System (WHS) and insurance, social media, partners and sponsors.
You must have experience and knowledge of managing data, customer journeys, managing engagement, membership and/or loyalty programmes. We are looking for someone to utilise their knowledge of current online communication concepts, strategy and best practice. A knowledge of the game of golf is essential.
The position is based at England Golf Headquarters, The National Golf Centre, The Broadway, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, LN10 6PU. The post is full-time (Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm core hours) however, you may need to travel and work evenings and weekends on occasion, as necessary.
