inspire2coach ltd (i2c) is a leading provider of tennis coach education and coaching programmes across the UK.  Our tennis and sports camps form a crucial part of our coaching programmes.

We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to work with the i2c team to develop and drive the delivery of holiday activities across our network of venues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Development

  • Work with i2c Leadership Team to develop a leading camp product
  • Produce and implement a clear strategy for camps

Financial

  • Manage and report on camps budgets
  • Attend (Zoom or face to face) and present at monthly management meetings

Management

  • Plan, promote and manage delivery of holiday activities
  • Directly manage the camp staff, to ensure they deliver both the quality of care and the standard of activities expected
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and are adhered to including all health and safety, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Ensure all staff complete the online induction training

Administration

  • Be the first line of enquiry via email and phone for all camps queries, issues etc
  • Manage systems including upload and registers
  • Communicate internally & externally
  • Ensure high level of customer aftercare

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication with strong verbal, written and customer service skills
  • Ability to work on multiple IT and social media platforms and Microsoft packages
  • Good level of education to include Maths and English GCSE as minimum
  • Ideally qualified in sport, childcare or teaching, with experience of working with children
  • Natural leader with experience within teaching or coaching sector
  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to make decisions

Information

  • Reporting to Head of Operations
  • 20 hours per week majority working from home: Mon – Fri 9am-1pm  (flexible)
  • Required to work Mon-Fri during school holidays
  • 14 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)
  • £20,000pa Pro Rata
