The role is based at the National Tennis Centre (NTC) in Barnes, Roehampton, London. The minimum requirement for a NTC based colleague is to work from the office at least 3 days a week.

The Major Events and Digital Transformation (ME&DT) Department is responsible for implementing the LTA’s Digital Transformation Programme and delivering International Tennis tournaments that drive visibility of tennis and engage new audiences.
As part of the team delivering the LTA’s Digital Transformation the successful Business Analyst/ User Experience Designer will play a key role in developing user requirements and high level user experience design.
They will contribute across full product lifecycles, from initial creation of product vision through to ongoing backlog development, working alongside Product Owners/Managers, business stakeholders and end users to create best in class digital experiences.
