Assistant Director of Cricket
Epsom College is a vibrant and highly successful independent co-educational day and boarding school on the edge of Epsom Downs is to looking to recruit an Assistant Director of Cricket. Working under the leadership of the Director of Sport and Director of Cricket, this is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of developing and implementing a strategy for the rapidly growing cricket programme at Epsom College. Having produced a number of top level cricketers and 2 recent England international players this is an exciting opportunity to play a prominent role in the development of cricket at Epsom.
The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience of playing or coaching cricket to a high level. You will be passionate about the sport with ambitious plans in contributing to the further enhancement of our cricket programme and will have proven ability to lead and inspire both teams and individuals. In addition to cricket, the successful applicant will be able to contribute to three terms of sport and able to offer coaching in one of the College’s major sports.
An excellent communicator and able to demonstrate a network of strong links beyond the school community in the promotion of cricket will be essential. You will be organised, a competent IT user with good administrative skills.
