AmeriCamp Premium provides the chance to work at one of our highly desirable private sports camps in the USA for 8-12 weeks this summer, all meals, accommodation and health insurance are included with your program fees plus salary. Fantastic experience for your CV if you’re going into sports-based roles/teaching in the UK.

Job Description:

You will teach Circus Skills to children aged 6-17 on average at one of our incredible private summer camps in the USA. Our Circus programs include: silks, hammocks, lyra, spanish web, rolla bolla, along with static, single, double, and triple trapeze. You will be responsible for teaching different skill levels throughout the summer across an 8-hour activity period with time off. All meals and accommodation are included for the duration of your work placement.

Skills & Experience Required:

We look for individuals with 3+ years in activity or 2+ years teaching, degree or certification. Any experience working with children is a bonus.

Additional Information:

AmeriCamp is a visa sponsor and recruiter, we can guarantee a minimum salary of $2,350/£1,869 for the summer. All meals and accommodation are included for the duration of your work placement. This role requires a J1-camp counsellor visa which we as an organisation assist you in getting. With this, you will also have 30 days post-placement to travel the US as a tourist. You will be required to complete an enhanced DBS through our organisation in line with health & safety requirements.
