British Triathlon and Triathlon England are looking to recruit into a new role of Administration and Data Manager to play a critical role in the realisation of our strategy. We are looking for someone who can lead and manage a newly formed administration team and critical business service that delivers high quality support, customer service and solutions both internally and externally.

The service and work of the team will be varied, broad in scope and constantly evolving as we develop and deliver new programmes, projects and services to the swim, bike, run community. We are looking for someone who thrives in this environment and can bring about efficient, high quality yet adaptable administrative and data management support from both themselves and their team.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge and understanding of a range of systems and processes and their use across multiple online, database and specialist platforms. With at least 5 years experience in a similar, senior administrative and/or data management role, the candidate will be confident and experienced in the design and delivery of administrative and data management solutions within a dynamic and complex working environment. They will be equally adept at strategically overseeing the team and service, ensuring it meets the needs of internal colleagues and external customers as well as performing administration and data management tasks and functions themselves. They will also be able to find solutions to problems and challenges in a positive and efficient way.

British Triathlon is the National Governing Body for Triathlon, Duathlon and Aquathlon in Great Britain, responsible for raising the profile and delivering medal-winning performances and helping everyone discover, enjoy and achieve in triathlon. Triathlon England is one of the three Home Nations of British Triathlon, the other two being Triathlon Scotland and Welsh Triathlon. The three Home Nation Associations are responsible for all aspects of triathlon in their respective countries and contribute to the work of British Triathlon.

PLEASE NOTE this role will initially be offered on a “work from home” basis due to the Covid19 pandemic, however it is planned that the usual place of work will be at the British Triathlon Loughborough Headquarters located at Loughborough University.
